6rwn Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 6rwn ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at 6rwn.onl and all associated services, products, games, and features offered therein.

By completing the registration process, depositing funds, or placing any wager on 6rwn, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 6rwn. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless otherwise stated.

Access to 6rwn is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which their account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 6rwn enforces a strict minimum age policy of 21+. Underage gambling is prohibited and any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately closed, all winnings voided, and any deposits returned at the sole discretion of 6rwn.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as an agent, representative, or employee of another party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 6rwn or any other gambling platform operated by 6rwn.
• You are of sound mind and are not registering under duress, coercion, or the influence of substances that impair your judgement.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. Providing false registration details is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.

6rwn reserves the right to request supporting identity documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or following any unusual account activity. Acceptable documents include a national identification card, passport, or driving licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh or another recognised authority.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, nor permit any other individual to access or use your 6rwn account on your behalf.

6rwn strongly recommends that you choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform, enable any additional security measures made available to you, and log out of your account fully after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 6rwn's support team immediately. 6rwn will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, restrict or suspend the affected account pending resolution.

6rwn will never contact you by email, live chat, or any other channel to ask for your full password. Any communication claiming to be from 6rwn and requesting your full password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team without delay.

6rwn accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All account balances are displayed and managed in BDT. The following payment methods are currently supported on the 6rwn platform:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Card Payments: Visa, Mastercard

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds are displayed within your account dashboard and may be updated from time to time without prior notice. 6rwn does not charge a platform-side fee for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 6rwn accepts no responsibility.

Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time or near-real time following confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of a verified withdrawal request being submitted, subject to any identity verification requirements that may apply.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. 6rwn does not accept deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties. Withdrawals will be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless otherwise agreed with the 6rwn support team following a formal verification process.

6rwn reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request pending the satisfactory completion of identity, source-of-funds, or anti-money-laundering verification checks. Players are required to cooperate fully with any such checks and to provide the requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe.

6rwn may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, deposit match promotions, reload offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each offer at the time it is made available. In the absence of promotion-specific terms, the following general bonus rules apply.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in the form of bonus funds unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they and any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion's terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified in the promotion's terms. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will expire at the end of the stated validity period.
• 6rwn reserves the right to exclude specific game types or game categories from contributing to wagering requirements. Live casino games, for example, may contribute at a different rate than slots.
• A player may hold only one active bonus at a time unless a promotion explicitly permits the stacking of offers.
• Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational players. If 6rwn determines that a player is systematically exploiting promotional offers through low-risk hedging, the use of multiple accounts, or any other method designed to guarantee a profit irrespective of game outcomes, 6rwn reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and any associated winnings.

6rwn reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Seasonal promotions tied to cricket tournaments such as the BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup, as well as Bangladeshi national holidays including Eid and Pohela Boishakh, are offered at the sole discretion of 6rwn's marketing team.

All bets, wagers, and game rounds placed on 6rwn are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — sports betting, live casino, slots, or specialty games. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any real-money wager.

With respect to sports betting, including cricket betting markets covering the BPL, IPL, T20 international fixtures, and other markets offered on 6rwn:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet slip is submitted and confirmed, the stated odds are locked and cannot be renegotiated.
• 6rwn reserves the right to void bets placed on events that are abandoned, postponed beyond a specified timeframe, or affected by circumstances beyond the control of the relevant sporting body.
• In the event of a technical error that results in incorrect odds being displayed, 6rwn reserves the right to void affected bets and return the staked amount to the player's account balance.
• Maximum stake limits per bet and per event may apply. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by market, event type, and account status.

With respect to casino games, slots, and specialty games including Captain's Bounty and God Fish Slicing:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the live studio game managed by the relevant provider (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi, or others).
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be resolved according to the game's built-in disconnection policy. Where the round cannot be completed, the relevant stake will be returned to your account balance.
• 6rwn is not responsible for the specific rules of individual games supplied by third-party providers. Players should consult the in-game help or paytable for the rules applicable to each title.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 6rwn. Engaging in any of the activities listed below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or under a false identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool designed to interact with the 6rwn platform without human input.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players, particularly in poker or live casino games, to manipulate outcomes or gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Using the 6rwn platform to facilitate money laundering, the financing of unlawful activities, or any other financial crime.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person, acting as an agent, or operating a syndicate through a single 6rwn account.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider in respect of genuine gambling losses.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point when providing information to 6rwn.

6rwn employs fraud detection systems that monitor account activity in real time. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity may be temporarily restricted pending investigation. 6rwn will not be liable for any inconvenience arising from the temporary restriction of an account under reasonable suspicion of prohibited activity.

All registered players have access to the following responsible gaming tools from within their account settings:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 6rwn platform for personal, non-commercial recreational gambling purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or transmit any part of the 6rwn platform or its content without prior written consent.
• Create derivative works based on 6rwn's content or software.
• Use any 6rwn trademark, logo, or brand identifier in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written authorisation.
• Frame, scrape, or data-mine any part of the 6rwn website using automated tools or manual techniques for commercial purposes.

Any unauthorised use of 6rwn's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 6rwn, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third-party service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the 6rwn platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity, including losses arising from game outcomes, incorrect wagering decisions, or the exercise by 6rwn of its right to void bets.
• Loss of data, whether arising from technical failure, cyber attack, or any other cause.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or degraded performance arising from maintenance, technical faults, third-party infrastructure failures, or circumstances beyond 6rwn's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Any reliance placed on the accuracy or completeness of information published on the 6rwn website, including odds, event information, or promotional terms.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 6rwn's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You may request to close your 6rwn account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon receipt of a valid account closure request, 6rwn will process the closure within a reasonable timeframe. Any verified real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any applicable identity verification procedures.

6rwn reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Failure to provide satisfactory documentation in response to an identity or source-of-funds verification request within a reasonable timeframe.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading registration information.
• Engagement in any prohibited activity as described in Section 7 of these Terms.

In cases of account closure due to a material breach by the player, 6rwn reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where funds are determined to be the proceeds of fraudulent activity, they will not be returned to the player.

6rwn reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 6rwn will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players via their registered email address or through a notice displayed prominently on the platform. The updated Terms will specify their effective date.

Your continued use of the 6rwn platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree with a revised version of the Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.

It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates. 6rwn recommends reviewing this document at least once per month and before participating in any new promotion or product feature.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 6rwn operates as an online gaming platform serving the Bangladesh market and acknowledges the legal framework within which its players operate.

In the event of a dispute between you and 6rwn, you agree to contact 6rwn's customer support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. 6rwn commits to responding to all formal dispute submissions within a reasonable timeframe and to working in good faith toward a fair resolution.

Where an informal resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated through the formal dispute resolution process maintained by 6rwn, details of which are available from the support team. 6rwn's decision, reached following a good-faith review of all available evidence, shall be final and binding in respect of all gaming disputes.
